This year too, Fratelli Branca Distillerie was present at the Roma Bar Show, the fair dedicated to the beverage and mixing industry, which reached its fourth edition and is scheduled for 13 and 14 May at the Palazzo Congressi in Rome.

There are many innovations that the historic Milanese company, a benchmark in the international spirits market, showcased the to industry operators and all mixology enthusiasts: First of all, the elegant Lounge and Hospitality area outside served as the stage to present the main novelty of the event: the brand new Branca Fizz cocktail. Made with the inimitable bitterness of the Branca house, Branca-Fizz is destined to conquer a younger target and be the new proposal for the aperitif in anticipation of the beautiful season.

Fernet-Branca returns to the stage of the Bar Show in Rome the “Barback Games”, a competition born to celebrate the figure of the barback.

Also known as runner, barbacks play a key role in night rooms: It is in fact their task to support the bartenders by dealing with tasks “behind the scenes”, but fundamental such as, for example, the supply of ice and the bottle or again, to keep the bar station in order, for the best success of the evening.
